jeeway Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Account and Use of the Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise. Familiarity with these terms will help you understand your rights and obligations as a jeeway account holder.

References to "these Terms" include all schedules, policies, and guidelines incorporated by reference herein, including jeeway's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are available as standalone documents on this website. Where any conflict exists between these Terms and a specific promotional offer's stated terms, the specific promotional terms take precedence with respect to that promotion only.

Headings used in these Terms are for navigational convenience only and do not affect interpretation. The singular includes the plural and vice versa. "Including" means "including without limitation".

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on jeeway, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age or, if higher, the minimum legal age for online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf — not as a representative or agent of any third party, corporation, or other legal entity.
• You are not located in, or a resident or national of, any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously had a jeeway account suspended, banned, or permanently closed for a violation of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of jeeway or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.
• You are acting with full legal capacity and are not subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into binding contracts.

During the registration process you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. This information is used for identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

jeeway reserves the right to request supporting identity documents at any stage of the account lifecycle — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other time where verification is deemed necessary. Accepted documents typically include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate, along with proof of address and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — is prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, jeeway will consolidate, suspend, or close the additional accounts at its sole discretion, and any bonus funds or winnings accumulated through the duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jeeway account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. jeeway will never ask for your password through any channel outside the platform's own login screen. You must notify jeeway without delay if you become aware of, or reasonably suspect, any unauthorised access to your account, any compromise of your login credentials, or any transaction on your account that you did not authorise. jeeway will investigate all reported security incidents and may suspend account activity during the investigation period as a precautionary measure.

jeeway implements the following security measures on all accounts as standard practice:

• OTP Two-Factor Verification: Logins from unrecognised devices and high-value withdrawal requests trigger a one-time password sent to the mobile number registered on the account.
• Session Timeout: Inactive sessions are automatically terminated after a defined period to prevent unauthorised use on shared or unattended devices.
• Login History: Players can review a log of all recent login events, including device type, approximate location, and timestamp, from within account settings.
• Suspicious Activity Alerts: Automated alerts notify players via SMS if an unrecognised login attempt is detected on their account.

Players who wish to close their jeeway account permanently may request account closure at any time through the live support team. jeeway accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) only. All account balances, transaction records, and financial communications are denominated in ৳. There is no currency conversion involved when using Bangladeshi payment methods, and no international transaction fee is applied to deposits or withdrawals made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.

Withdrawals

Sports Betting

All sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, bilateral series), football, kabaddi, and other sports offered from time to time — are subject to jeeway's Sports Betting Rules, which are available in the relevant sports section of the platform. Key principles include:

• Bets are only valid once confirmed and a bet ID has been generated. A bet that has not received a confirmation reference is not a valid placed bet.
• In-play (live) betting markets close automatically at event cut-off points determined by jeeway's trading team. Bets placed after a cut-off point will be voided and the stake returned.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the relevant result can be determined, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless jeeway's specific sport rules state otherwise (for example, in cricket, a minimum number of overs may be required for certain markets to stand).
• jeeway reserves the right to void any bet where a manifest pricing error has occurred. A manifest error is one that would be apparent to a reasonable person as obviously incorrect at the time the bet was placed.

Casino & Slots

All casino games — including live dealer tables powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and other providers, and virtual sports simulations — use independently tested and certified random number generator (RNG) technology or live-streamed dealer feeds. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game round, the affected round will be treated as void and the stake returned to the player's wallet. Void Bets & Disputed Results

The decision of jeeway's trading and compliance team on disputed results is final and binding.

Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture and account suspension.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount they can deposit into their jeeway wallet. Limits take effect immediately when set. A reduction in an existing limit is applied without delay. An increase in a limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before it takes effect.

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and bonuses, and referral to relevant legal authorities where applicable:

• Registering or attempting to register while under 18 years of age, or providing false age information during registration or verification.
• Creating or operating more than one jeeway account, whether under the same or different identity information.
• Using another person's account, payment method, or identity documents without their explicit consent.
• Using the platform to launder money, process fraudulent payments, or conduct any other activity that violates anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations applicable in Bangladesh.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to interact with the platform in a manner not available to standard human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to generate artificial profits. Players who discover a technical error are required to report it to support immediately and must not exploit it.

jeeway's decision in matters of prohibited conduct, following a fair internal investigation, is final. Appeals will be reviewed and responded to within ten business days of receipt.
